A membership to audible.com, who have the best e audio books to buy on the internet, found its way under my Christmas tree this year. Santa's helper to research the perfect personal development gift for me and to make the purchase... was me. I was running with the idea that the best gift is the gift of knowledge, so this fit perfectly as my Christmas present to myself!Years ago I heard about being able to buy and download audio books online. With my love of multi-tasking, 'listening' to my books sounded like a great idea! You can probably see yourself, as I can, savoring new and exciting personal development ideas and concepts while: - Driving on errands, trips to the city, and to work

A few months ago I signed up for a free account with audible.com. The first thing that happened was that they gifted me with the self help audio book 'Tribes: We Need You to Lead Us by Seth Godin'. I loaded that onto my new Samsung phone using the audible android app and started listening to it that afternoon during my walk. I loved it... both the content of the book Tribes, and the fact that it was with me, mobile and easily accessible where ever I was.When I checked out the availability of personal development book titles and self help authors of audio books to download I was pleased to find many of my favorite authors. And they have new titles that I've not yet read, as well as up and coming self help authors that are new to me. Of course they have a full spectrum of top selling authors and best selling book titles of all genres, but I know I'll be mostly listening to the self help authors. The best deal to buy audio books to download puts the cost at below $10 per book. This price is a real bargain when you think that self help authors write books about their most dynamic ideas and many audio books are like a course or seminar in themselves. So after my bit of research, it was easy to see that downloading audio books is a perfect addition to my library.
