If I'd only known I'd live this long... David Beard

Tips on Health, Fitness and Life

Tips on Health, Fitness and Life

If I'd Only Know I'd Live This Long by David Beard, is one of the most inspiring and entertaining books about staying healthy and growing old.

It actually makes you want to look forward to getting old as it inspires you to think about and make small changes to your life that will mean getting old is an adventure not to be missed.

'If I'd Only Known...' is a delightful book written in simple easy-to-understand language and the cartoons that illustrate each point are so clever and funny. I love the "eating raw" one!

This engaging book by David Beard makes the perfect gift for yourself, or a loved one, no matter what age they are. You'll find yourself picking this book up time and time again to get some inspiration and have some more laughs.

You can purchase a copy at http://lifelongfitness.net/books-and-products/ for only $24.95 plus postage.

If only I knew....
by: Mohan M Prasad

I am going to read the book and it looks very interesting.

Meantime, I have a philosophy.

If I can live every day as if today is my last day and not lose the sleep tonight over tomorrow, there is every possibility that I can keep my Body - Mind and Intellect fully charged .

It's based on the policy of living life "Here and Now" rather than brooding over "Then and There" be it the 'long gone past' or the 'yet to come future'.

Something to ponder over
