My personal slogan for life is 'pour my heart into life.' That's why I named and subtitled my new book the way I did... Inspirational Coffee Breaks for Women: 12 Ground Rules for Pouring Your Heart into Life!

I believe we are meant to experience as much as possible during our short time on earth and to use these experiences to make a difference for those around us. I don't take my days for granted, and I truly believe that a 'good' life is not measured by the number of days we live, but by the life we put into those days.

So my personal mission statement is "To inspire women to live every day to the fullest."
