Inspiring Self Help eBooks
You know that feeling of recognition when you hear or read something that resonates within you and it seems to heighten your awareness of reality? Oprah has been using the phrase an 'aha moment' to signify these moments when transformative ideas touch us. (she expressed a lot of these 'aha moments' during her conversation series with Eckhart Tolle and the review of his book, A New Earth .) These moments are when 'the penny drops'.... we get it! Whatever causes you to have an 'aha moment', I consider that to be a 'transformational touchstone'... and the signature of powerful self help ideas. When I recall such a transformational touchstone, it is reminding me of the reasons I know we are capable of being our highest vision of humanity.
